Team

We never forget our loved ones, but how do we live?

Our team of speakers each faced devasting loss, now come together to share their journeys of heartbreak, resilience and hope.  They are here to inspire you offering insights and support as we navigate the complexities of grief in each personal story.  Let their stories remind you that real healing is possible and you are not alone in this journey.  Embrace the opportunity to connect, reflect and grow in a compassionate environment.

"If you’ve lost someone and the holidays hit a little harder, come sit with us. This isn’t about pretending everything’s merry and bright, it’s about finding light that’s honest. Maybe this year “holiday cheer” looks more like a shared laugh through tears, or remembering someone you love without falling apart. Bring your heart, your humor, and maybe your comfiest sweater. We’ll hold the space where grief and joy can finally share a plate at the same table."

DISCLAIMER:  Speakers at the Good Grief Retreat are individuals who will be sharing their personal experiences related to loss and success in healing. They are not licensed counselors, therapists, or mental health professionals.

Get ready for a shift in energy!

Our special entertainment guest has been dancing his entire life, rhythm runs in his veins. A former football player turned a setback into a spotlight moment after an injury sidelined him from the field. One spontaneous dance video posted to Instagram went viral overnight, launching him into the world’s view and proving that passion always finds its stage.

Now, he brings that same infectious energy and joy to the Good Grief Retreat, reminding us that healing doesn’t always happen in silence, sometimes, it happens to the beat.
